Angel Enterprises LLC was founded by Kenya Lee and Carla Armstrong as a result of the two entrepreneurs working together within the Human Services arena. Deeply concerned about the well-being of the constituents they served through various venues throughout Baltimore City, they decided to create a company that would provide supportive services for organizations and the individuals they serve through a variety of personal and professional trainings and workshops that focused on healing the whole person opposed to tapping into one specific area.

Noticing a void of programming that primarily focused on dealing with the root cause of their constituents issues, Kenya and Carla began discussing and journaling their own methods of gaining and maintaining personal and professional sustainability hence The Blueprint was born. The Blueprint, formally known as The “S” Team building Program is a remarkable program that uses age old principles and modern methodology to enable it’s readers to learn about “self” and then use what is learned for enhancement and improvement.

The Blueprint Program is universally designed for everyone, yet is” tailored made” specifically to the individual. One of the biggest issues we have found with organizations and programs whose mission is to rehabilitate or help their participants become self-sustainable is that the much of the work is done for that individual, he/she rarely assumes ownership for their own lives or responsibility for their actions.

The Blueprint Program is designed to place the ownership back into the hands of the only person who can truly ensure his/her success, the individual while providing supports along the way. The Blueprint Program has established three basic truths which govern and shapes all aspects of the program, these truths are:

    ===>    Knowledge of “self” is the gateway to a better life

    ===>    We are the creators in our lives, for better or for worst

    ===>    The ability is within you to create your life and influence the lives of others

To complement the basic truths are the 3 core elements that drive our program’s curriculum, trainings, and workshops these elements are:

    ===>    Self- Awareness

    ===>    Self- Improvement

    ===>    Self-Sustainability
